New to the forum....grew up with my dad having an 80's Monte Carlo SS and my mom having a Corvette. Promised myself when I could afford them I'd own one of each. I've owned my 1985 Monte SS for about 15 years and I'm ready and can afford the Corvette. I don't have enough knowledge to jump in feet first but I have a price point of about $35-40g to spend. Looking for someone to give me advice and offer opinions on potential vehicles.

 

Welcome to the fun! Best advice I can give is buy the best condition car you can find. Lesser condition cars at a better price are not a deal. Quality first. Pick your favorite generation and go!

It was my dream to buy a Corvette for the past 7 years and I worked really hard for it. This year I am finally finishing with my residency in Cyprus and I will buy my dream car finally. It's not going to be new but it's a start.
