Default Greetings,

I just registered to the site. Been into muscle cars all my life. Currently have serveral LT1 Firebirds. Never own a 'vette. Made the mistake of driving a C6. Plan to order a coupe in a few weeks with 1LT (Base) , MX0 (Auto 6 speed paddle), and Z51 (Performance Package). Problem is I can't deside on the color. Down to Victory Red, Lemans Blue, Sunset Orange, or Volicity Yellow. I will be dragracing so hence the auto transmission. Hope to get a lot of help on setting the car up for the drags.

Welcome to the forums. Personally I would go with the Lemans Blue. I was looking to buy a blue Vette when I was in the market, but I happen to find a good deal on the silver so I went with it. Go luck with your purchase and let us know what color you pick.

i would go with the victory red, all corvettes look good in red, no matter what the year is.

Sorry Kyle93, I'm going with Lemans Blue. Have until Wendesday to decide on Z51 and QG7 polished alum. wheels. Still will be a 1LT MXO auto car. I like the transmission and engine coolers of the Z51 package but not the added weight of the brakes and sway bars. Polished wheels worth $1200 ??? Anyway the order will be place with the dealer on Wednesday.

Default RE: Greetings,

I never pay the manufacturer for upgraded wheels - there are much better ones and wider selection available in the aftermarket. I put Fikse's on my 'vette but its really just a matter of preference.
