Greetings!
Greetings everyone! The last time I was active here was 2006!!! (So long ago, I had to reset the password 'cause I forgot it), but I'm back.
My name is Tony Roussos browsing from McKean, Pennsylvania. My vette is a 1971 350cid coupe. Wanting a C3 Stingray since I was eight, I had to wait until my 40's until the time was right to get one. I perused the internet for two months straight, pouring over 35 favorites sites twice EACH day until I found the perfect combination of features and affordability factor (much assembly required). I found THE car in Tucson, AZ, but it came from Colorado. Requested lots of photos, took a bus ride from PA to AZ with a contingency of mechanics tools, met the seller, examined the car with a magnifying glass, and took a test drive. This was the one!
I had BAIRS Corvette in Linesville, PA restore the chassis and they did a FANTASTIC job! (Highly recommended!!) Hats off to Yogi, Brian, Mike, and the whole entire crew...you folks bring it on!
Currently, ALL wiring harnesses will be replaced by me. The forward light harness is complete and am now on the engine harness. Interesting...the AIM does not seem to cover the washer/wiper area and some other areas in detail. That's OK...I'm working on...the ultimate model car!
