Hi All, I purchased a 1987 coupe 3 days ago after years of yearning. I am beside myself. Best decision I ever made. Needs a little electrical work (LCD display back-lighting for example) to pass inspection in RI, but that is an easy fix for me as I am a professional electronics technician. I already found so many answers to my questions here, I just had to join the forum. C'mon springtime, hurry up and get here!!!!

Thank you for the welcome 73shark. And miker94, you must be feeling that same exhilaration that I am right now. Mine has an automatic transmission which I realize some hate, but I'm lazy, lol! And it does spin the tires when it shifts from first to second gear if I'm not careful. I was like, "wow...."
