Hi all

I am thinking about getting an old corvette and restoring it. I need some advice on a few basic things:

1) When I am looking to buy a corvette, what things should I be looking for so that I can get the best deal?

2) what are some good years and bad years on corvettes?

3) I am totally clueless on where I should concentrate my money when I get one. Is there an information website about corvettes that would be helpful?

So yeah, again, Im pretty clueless about this stuff. Any information would be helpful.

 

There's a lot of threads here about that very thing. If you do a search for "What to look for" or "problemed areas" or something like that you'll find a treasure trove of information on the different years and different problems. Good luck in your quest and be sure to post pictures when you find your treasure.
