Hi,
My name is Mike and I'm from NC. I just got this 96 last week and I'm loving it! It has a few bugs as in needing front brakes and a oil leak on either the timing chain cover or the front seal and about a 1/4" play in the tie rods. but other than that it's in very great shape. Has 79,000 on it. Thanks for offering this forum! It has been a valuble assest to me in learning what I can about these very special cars.

C3, I almost bought a 1980. But after finding out about all of the emission garbage in it I decided against it. I just like the looks of those older vettes. Sounds like you have Mastered the emission problemthough! How do you like those Coopers? I'm going to need new rubber in a few months probably. I'm leaning towards Goodyear Eagle Plus. Is there any advantage to running a smaller size on the front or is it just for traction in the rear?
