Newb from Virginia - Had Pleasure of meeting some of you @ Walter Reed Hosp
Gents (and ladies),
My name is Berk. Don't currently own a Vette yet, but am thinking of making the plunge in to these dream cars for me growing up. Very good friend of mine and his son are huge Corvette Guys, so they may have had some role in the movement to this side. Currently, I drive a 2003 Porsche 996 C4S that I twin turbo'd. Thinking of picking up a late model Z06 and doing the same thing. Good to be here on the forum and looking forward to learning a lot from you all and, if okay, attending some of the events for Vettes for Vet's.
Like I mentioned above, I had the pleasure of meeting some of the Vette Folks from the NJ area at the Wounded Warrior event at Walter Reed Hospital a few weeks ago. Great group of guys and thank you all for the warm hospitality.
