Question Potentially Buying a 2015 C7 Z06 3LT

Hi guys!

This is my first post here and I wanted to say hello as well as get some opinions on a car I am looking to purchase. This would be my first corvette, I come from driving a 1jz 240sx, a 2jz 240sx, and a cbr600rr!

As the title says, I am looking at a 2015 Corvette Z06 3LT to buy. It's a M7 and has 30k miles on it. Car looks pretty clean, has minor chips on the wheels, slight scuff on the splitter and it also has clear bra on the front bumper, fenders, and hood. The offer I have standing so far is 52K before sales tax and the car has a good maintenance record. To me, this seems like a pretty good deal and I just wanted to get some feedback on what you all think? What reliability issues should I look out for long term?
Main cons/concerns: The car has headers and an AFE intake, which I assume would void the warranty if there even is one left. I was considering talking to GM and seeing if they would do an extended warranty for it. The check engine light is not on, so I assume it would pass smog. I am a bit afraid it's been tuned and who knows by who, which could cause a headache down the road. Can GM plug into the car and determine if the car has been flash tuned?
Pictures are low res since I just screenshotted them from a video, car looks great in person.

Thanks in advance guys and I hope to be joining the Corvette ownership club soon :^)
