I couldn't appeal the tax-assessed values of 2 of my 3 vehicles last year. The tax assessor said 'too late'. [One of the vehicles was adjusted the year before for high mileage. The assessed value went back up I think they found out that I drove once around the planet backwards, and unrolled 24k? from the odometer

I am still temporarily totally disabled with documentation, after a high-speed square head-on with a drinker in 2006. Tonight the county commissioners said their hands are tied; they couldn't give me a retroactive adjustment. So I'll have to give them a 'knowledge' adjustment, and untie their hands and their purse strings.

I need to know where in the ADA/USC the protection clauses are. I found some injunctive action clauses so far, but need a little more here.......
Any attorneys, or handicapped vette owners in the forums here?
