One thing about my cats, they not only raise their heads when I say their name, they come when called!:)
And they don't repond to "Here Kitty kitty"!

One funny thing about my cats and dogs - not only do they know their own name . . . they know each other's name, too. Like if I say, "Were is Ginger?" they all look around for that cat. Or if I ask a cat where my dog Jeepers is, they will look right at Jeepers. I have done this several times to make sure it is not a coincident - AND IT WORKS EVERYTIME.

And yes, I am totally nuts about my cats - here is the proof - this year's Halloween pic.
Ginger just cocked her head and was thinking "Oh Momma, what's that on your head?"

Oh my GOSH- George!!! They are so precious! Please send more pics as they grown up. They are all so beautiful! :):)

I adopted 2 of my cats and found one in our yard, but the youngest was 3 weeks old and the other two were 5 weeks. How old are these kittens in this picture? They look very young. How wonderful. I love how they all sleep in a pile.

Those guys are about 16 days old in that picture. Now about 3 months. we resqued(spelling) the mother from a Kmart parking lot. two kids went in and tried to give her away but came out and stuffed her under a plastic slide by the front door. we gathered her up and brought her home and put her with 5 others that were her age. she is Isabella the same one in the basket with the Poddle from hell. and here's 4 more that are running around somewhere out in the yard. I named the little yellow one "Stanley" because he looks like my brother-in-law.

You know, when I hear about kids doing mean things to cats, I want to ring their necks!!! I know, not a very Christian thing to do . . . but it makes me so mad to see something helpless being abused. [:@][:@][:@]

Just remembered something else I had read, people that have animals live longer also. Isn't it wonderful that those sweet faces bring us so much joy. To the ones of you that have rescued animals, there has got to be a very special place in heaven for you. Person has to have a very cold heart that would torture or abuse a helpless animal. Keep posting those sweet pictures of your babies.
