No, with the Vortech s/c,theHonkercomes out and theoriginal goes back in, but with a Magnuson the Honker would stay.
The Honker is already sold, and now the new owner has to wait due to the delay in the s/c install. Thank goodness the buyer is a really nice guy and is willing to wait.

No, with the Vortech s/c,theHonkercomes out and theoriginal goes back in, but with a Magnuson the Honker would stay.

My garage looks so empty with my beautiful ride gone. 
I should have it on Thursday, but since they don't have a dyno meter, I don't know if I will get a performance report.
This weekend, I met a guy at the Coronado Classic Speed Festival, whom does dyno tunes on vettes. He does a very complete job and it costs $1200, so I will have to wait a little while since the s/c and the install are costing a lot.
Hey, D - did you go to the Speed Fest? It was incredible! So many hot cars: Vipers, GTs, Ferraris, etc, not to mention so many Vettes. There were many beautiful classic cars, too, like a '52 Eldorado vert. Here are a few pictures. Hope you enjoy them and I can't wait to get back with news on my s/c.

p.s. The guy in front of the Vipers is my hubbie eating a Ben & Jerry's ice cream
and the gal ontop of the Vette is me. The picture of the Vettes was taken very early in the morning and by the end of the day there were close to 70 Vettes in just that area. These pictures don't do the show justice. I have a lot more pictures on my camera, just didn't have time to upload them. We had so much fun.

Hi Rita, The performance report I really was interested in, is your personal report to us on how your Vette is whendriving it.Like before theSC and after. What you notice around town and on the fwy. No I did not make it to the show, I was in Temecula for my nephews birthay he is16 now. Next hewill be wanting to drive Uncle Ds Vette. I would like to take him to the show next year. For now thanks for the pics.
