hey pisono, I know what you mean about holliday meals. My Mama was sicilian and even if we were lucky enough to have turkey or ham we still had a huge bowl of some kinda pasta. and even some wine too. no such thing as under age drinking at dinner time. Salute Pisono

 

Haha, yeah we ALWAYS have Italian food. My neighbors are Sicilian (Just about my whole block are Italians of some sort!) and they always joke me because we are the only family that isnt Sicilian and they say we are too good for them because they are the sh*t being kicked off the boot. LOL! I think its pretty funny. My heritage is from Naples and i believe Verona. My mom speaks a little Italian but her parents speak it very well and i know just a few 3rd generation words. I need to take a few classes here soon. Yeah, i dont believe theres any such thing as underage drinking in my family at all hahaha. Well, Dare il benvenuto a lei ed a tutti (I had to look up a translator for most of that lol. It says Welcome to you and to everyone!)

 

LOL, I heard that all my life. Sicilians are thick sculled block heads. just ask my wife. Italian is Italian is Italian....everybody is family in a dago house. Our family is from Capo De Orlando, Palarmo and some from Rome. Gratsi mi fratillo de 'Vette. (thank you my brother of the 'vette)
