Thanks for the concern Pop. I was in New York on bidnis for 5 days and before I even got on the plane home I was informed I had to go to Mo. for 4 more days. been home for 4 hours in the past two weeks. I think my wife forgot my name. and wouldn't you know that in that 4 hours I was served with a summons to be in court next tuesday. I have a 42 foot boat in my shop that I designed and built for a guy(crook) in Miami that refuses to follow the contract. What a schmuck. Back to Mo. after court next week.....Jeeesch!

 

Good Lord, dude!!! Yer busy!!!!!!! I hope that court thing goes well, sounds like you've got all the ammo you need, though....

 

Seems like the other guys attorny didn't even check out his client like I did recently.....105 felony counts for VIN fraud and dealing in stolen property. even his wife has three felony counts of notary fraud. sounds like a racket to me. It got continued after the attorny got a glimps of my despute.

 

SHEEESH!!! Sure looks good for the home team, eh?

Good to hear from you Blueshark. Hate you have the aggrevation of this "dud" in Miami. Don't you just love it. Looks like all the marbles are in your court, but just the fact that you have to contend with somebody else's problems. Hang in there, now if things get really ugly, tell him you have a friend that knows Don Johnson and we can call in Miami Vice. That being me, Don Johnson and Melanie Griffith bought a home in Charleston, S. C. across the street from our daughter several years ago. I have to admit, not one time ever did we see them. So now you know that I have extended the truth a little.
