Default 1995 C4 investigation

Hello fellas, i always liked the c4 style and now, thanks to you guys and all the posts and pictures i finally pulled the trigger on one.
It was on fleabay but didn't sell and since it was about an hr and a haf from me i went to see it and that was it.
I get to the point, the seller bought the car over 10 yrs ago from a shop in south carolina, just on the other side of north carolina state line but didn't recall the town, the shop apparently did a ton of performance work (no idea what) and put their tags on it as a production run.
My question is : has anyone ever heard of savage performance in s.carolina?
There's a hi performance shop that goes by that name in mississippi border new mexico that builds race cars but that's all i came up with and eventually i'd contact them to see, i also doubt this was a product of a backyard hillbilly, this thing rides like is glued to the ground, fast as i sure wasn't prepared for so would be nice to find out more about this "build".
All i can see is the hurst short shifter and front brembos, that's another thing, how do i find out what pads to use if i have no specs on the calipers?
I'll add a couple of pics so you get the idea....and to

bash me about..
Thanks in advance!

Welcome to the forums. Straight looking car and it drives good, sounds like a keeper. You can trace numbers and compare them to stock numbers. If they did a lot of performance swapping the cam is maybe not stock. Brembo brake calipers and pads should be numbered somewhere. A good brake person or parts guy could maybe tell by looking what kind of brake pad compound you have if there are no numbers.

I helped build the car. I would love to get one back.
