I just wanted to explain what was going on with the ride of the month contest, as there have been some questions and complications lately.

The problem with the system which I use to post the "winners spotlight" on the right side of the forum, is that it uses alot of dropdown menus. When I set it up so that it will say "August Ride of the Month", I have to select August from the menu, and that will only run the picture during that month. What I am going to do, is starting with Scott65, we will use him for the next month (October) and his car will be on the main page for that entire month. We will use the current nominations, originally listed for September, for November nominations. From now on, we will have nominations for the NEXT month during the first week or so of the prior month. So, for December, nominations will open around the 7-10th of November, so we can get nominations and voting out of the way before the month starts.
