Question 1961 Corvette - Rare?

Hello, I am new to the group and just acquired a 1961 Corvette. It is white with red interior. The body and interior are in great condition but the engine is seized up and the frame is rusted through.

Before I replace the frame and get the engine going, I wanted to make sure it isn't crazy "rare." Is there a way I can see it the car is "one of a kind?" Just wanted to make sure before I get a new frame/suspension and install it.

thanks for excusing my ignorance!

Welcome to the forum. Your best bet would be to try to find someone that belongs to the NCRS (NATIONAL CORVETTE RESTORERS SOCIETY) or a local Corvette club. You will also need to check to see if it's numbers matching throughout. Corvette's that old have typically had lots of things replaced on them.
