64 coupe driver side low beam is dim and turn signals flash fast/slow bright and dim. Checked all the grounds I could find! Any ideas???

 

Welcome to the forum. By checking the grounds you mean you took them apart and cleaned them and put them back then the next thing I would check would be all of the connectors to make sure that they haven't gotten corroded over the years.
