Engine ID

HI guys: Trying to identify engine that I have, the engine stamp is confusing me, TO5237BL. Believe it to be L89 engine, date code is A27-8, Block is 3963512, heads are 3919842 dated 11-21-67 and 11-26-67 Thanks for your help. Jack
