Looking for a Car

Looking for a Car
Needless to say, this might be the proverbial {looking for a needle in a haystack, but here goes.
Have any of you gentlemen, and ladies of course, run across a 1967 C2 corvette {Convertible/Coupe does not matter} that's a standard car?
Meaning: it has a 327 cubic inch engine, 300 horsepower is connected to a 3 speed manual transmission, is radio delete and void of any factory options whatsoever?
Thought I ask, as I search for a uncomplicated, simple driver who best to ask then those who live and breath this hobby 24/7.
I appreciate your input and whatever help you might render me in my search. Colors don't matter whether hideous or otherwise, originality and authenticity are key, trim tag serial number and block number are also a must requirement. I'm actually not trying to make this difficult, an example of this automobile surely is sitting somewhere within the continental United States and awaiting a new home.
Thank you all.

Welcome to the forums! sorry I don`t have one at this moment. I went on yahoo and found many 67`s, You did not mention your price range, I did see prices from 15K up to 180K or more. (did see a white convertible for about 18K). I can`t believe that c-8 is cheaper than some 67`s, I think your car is out there, Base model 1967, and this is a good place to start. Happy hunting! I will keep my eyes open!

Welcome to the forum. You might check with the National Corvette Museum to see if they have data on how many base, 3 speed, 300 horse, '67s were built. Also maybe someone at the NCRS might know or have access to the data. There's also a place online called Bring a Trailer that advertises all kinds from beaters to show quality cars. Good luck in your search.
