Well, I saw the vette from front to back, top to bottom and I must say what a mess. First, the fiberglass is crack along the door handles. Second, the t-tops leak and basically flooding the console. I can't even read the data plate, even worst theirs mold growing on the corners of the back window and tons of rat crap on the floor board and storage area. At that point, I'd seen enough,I told myself it's not worth 4k or 3k because of the mold and possible health risks from rats and whatever else lives there.I'll just keep looking. Thanks for all the info...C-ya

 

you should of seen mine when I finally got down to pick it up.(paid $1700.00 for it) It was parked in the bush,there was garbage piled on it ,an old ripped up blue tarp on it and a bunch of cats and who knows what else living in it.I got her home started tearing her apart , ordering parts and repairing her.When she is done she is going to be one sweet ride,and done the way I want it. Good luck on your search ,maybe even give the guy a real low ball offer if you like the car and want to do the work.Have a good one and talk at ya later.
