Any feedback on "Performance Plus Corvettes" in Ohio???

Any feedback on this dealership would be really appreciated. My younger brother is looking to make a purchase and I would like to make sure it's an honest one.

They don't have a list that I am aware of...... The purchase is through Ebay.
