nope haven't tried any switches.... what do i do? definitely learning as i go.

 

the neutral switch is on steering column (i believe) on auto trans car,down close to brake assmbly.on 4spd car it's located on clutch pedal assembly.2 wires in plastic plug.when you locate it,first make sure it's firmly connected,if it is,remove it fromswitch and connect the 2 prongs with a short piece of wire,this "jumps"the switch,if car starts,that's your answer..GET ER DONE john c
