Default C3 Corvette Rear Shocks

Right now I am fixing up the rear end of a 73' Stingray. Replacing trailing arms, new Timken bearings, new Moog Chasis U-Joints...I want to get some performance coil-over shockks to replace the old original shcoks. I was thinking of of AFCO shocks extended length in 14.810 in., collapsed length in 10.810 in. Body diameter is 2.625 in. and mounts with 1/2" I.D bearings in both ends. Just want to make sure before I buy them.

Are you using them to replace the rear leaf?

No not like the shark bite suspension. Just to replace the shocks.

I believe there are coil-overs that do replace the leaf. Besides Sharkbite which seems like a lot of extra mechanical parts to me. Here's Vansteel's version. I think QA1 makes some for the front.
