Sorry guys, I'm still learning this picture thing. Here's another try at a larger picture.

Once upon a time I drove a new car carrier, I don't have any photos of the racks but all the dealerships in brooklyn and NYC had them, I never paid and attention as to what the height was but all I had to do was put one car on the bottom and raise it up and there was room for the next one.
That's all I have to do is to tell my wife I'm buying a rack so I can put the C-2 I've been looking at under the 74, she's already pissed of that she has to leave her car out. PG.

The C-2 is a blue 427 66 coupe, it is perfect, got the right wheels, side pipes, stinger hood and just had a frame off restoration done by "Corvettes Etc" which is the best shop in Charlotte. He's asking a fair price but the car is so nice that I'd be afraid to drive it. There is no way that could buy it, but it's nice to dream. PG.

Whats a fair price?

Frame offs take approx 1000hours X 75-100PER/HR depending on the talent = big bucks.
BTW I thought the stinger hoods came out in 67.

Maybe it is a 67, Next time I see it I'll take some pic's. All I know is that is beautiful and well out of my price range. PG

Big block, mid-years seem to command a big price. []
