How do you figure out the date of manufacture and original options

http://www.vetteracing.2our.com/ can decode your VIN. Some model years have the factory options stamped into the metal plate next to the door hinge.
http://www.100megsfree4.com/corvette/ is also a good site for figuring out color codes and options.
