Sounds like if there's nothing available in the aftermarket, you will need to modify your existing bracket. Shouldn't be too hard if you can weld or know someone who can. Maybe just weld some extensions on your bracket so it can sit further back from the carb.

I wish, Bill. Edelbrock was my first call. They were of no help. They told me they don't make sell brackets, etc that relate to the older round style throttle cable. They referred me to two other vendors, but they don't either.
