Which oil to use for a racing engine in 1973 Corvette?
Hello,
I just got a 1973 Corvette and I believe that the previous owner was using synthetic oil. The engine is a high performance 350 (non-original) that was used for racing, auto trans with a pretty aggressive shift kit that likes to high rev before shifting. I am new to having a performance engine and would like to know what oil would be the best for this car. I was thinking Redline? But if I am right about that, which one should I get 5W50?
