where is the fuse located for the power seats

No fuse just a 35 amp circuit breaker -Labeled PWR ACCY

does the 35amp circuit breaker control the power windows and power locks also because they work

No the power locks are on the courtesy light fuse circuit.For your seat check the 2 connectors under the seat.If you have a 12v test light check both sides of the circuit breaker in the fuse box.

Where is this circuit breaker located? Well I found it all with a diagram from somebody here that I downloaded and saved if anybody wants it. I also unplugged the switch and took a look at it. A first grader can take this thing apart. If the switch is becoming more difficult to use , its because there is carbon build up on the brass connectors that are also esily removable and can be cleaned off with a dremel brush or better yet, the wifes little sandpaper nail file boards.

Just an FYI.
