will the removeable rear window of a 72 fit a 75? or does body work have to be done?

 

All I can recommend is that you check with a local glass shop. They can cross refference the specs.
My guess is yes, they will interchange.

install..if possable,i haven`t taken mine apart to find out if the holes are their.just tought if someone had a75 who had done that they might know,,

 

Did anyone ever find an answer to this question? I would like to do the same thing.

 

I thought about doing this when I got mine new when I discovered the the rear glass was held in by strip caulk. It started to get loose and let water in.

I see no reason you couldn't get all of the hardware and make it a removable window. I'm sure it would be expensive and not sure if all of the parts would be available new. Probably have to salvage some or all of them.
