Have to agree with the advise given. 17k seems a bit steep for that car. ive seen steel bumper vettes in that price range. shop around and do some research on these car if you havent. all cars have certain problem areas you need to check out. also make sure you check all the casting numbers to make sure its the original block, tranny etc. good luck on your search.

 

If you really like the car get a body/mech person to check it out for you. It would be well worth it in the long run.
If you buy the car without really looking at the important stuff, the kind of stuff a pro looks at it can cost you a ton of money before the smoke clears.
