The first diagram could be a problem if you had no existing hose route to follow.
Since I had existing vac hose in placeI was able to figure out where the diagram went wrong.
No big deal.
The amount of accurate info you supply to this form is amazing.

PS,
A while back I had a post about blowing a 20v fuse that controlled my interior light, the big one behind the seats.
The problem turned out to be a bad wire at one of the door light switches.
