Thomas, have you rebuilt these motors? See pic below to understand why the new small gear motors wil not work.

Ok from looking at your original motor the teeth look worn off. I see your dilemma, So you don't see any parts numbers anywhere? Or any type of reference codes. I will do some searching..

Well take a look at these pictures, I think this is what you need. I does not show all parts, but it is a track design like you have. Zip Corvette products, right side and left side interchanges
