89 wont start

89 wont start
My 89 wont start. It has plenty of fuel pressure and the injectors are firing but has no spark.
I have 12 volts at batt side of distributor. I disconnected ect(4 wire plug) connector and still
no spark. It has new rotor,cap and coil. Still no spark! HELP!!!
PS I also scanned the ecm and there were no trouble codes.

Have you used a spark checker on the coil wire? You might have a bad coil wire. If you have injector pulse, then the stator in the distributor is good. Do you have 12v to the coil with key on?
