Default 93 corvette overheating

I have a stock 93 vette

And the issue is that i cant get the primary fan to turn on without turning on the air conditioner

The secondary fan turns on with a aftermarket jegs switch i purchased

Ive changed the fan temperature switch, the relay and tested the thermostat which works finr

I have no idea how to get the primary to turn on, and the gauge goes past the top level of heat

Any input would help

Do you have an owners manual? If not...go to this link for 93. Corvette Owners Manual

Go to the Driver Info center, to the right of the speedo. It will show fuel-gauges-trip odo-reset, buttons.

Press the gauges button it will show eng temp, volts, trans temp, 7 oil temp.

This will give the engine temp digital read out.

I'm not sure if the fans for 93 run in concert, they do on my 95, but the fans normally turn on at 238*. The analog is not accurate.

Hope this helps. If the owners manual link doesn't work let me know.

The owner manual links are not working.
