96 O2 sensor
It seems like I have to replace an O2 sensor every year. What could cause this?[:'(]

Your car has more than 1 O2 sensor, being its a 96, which is OBDII. It has at least 2, more than likely 4. 2 in front of the cats and 2 after, which are catalyst monitors.
