looking for air intake for my 94, anybody have the vortex ramair or the one thru corvette america with the 3 k&n filter set up. Looking for the better performer.

 

Hi,my friend.I have the one with the 3 K&N's in it on my '96.I thnk it's the better performer.It looks better as well,and I can clean and reuse the filters for a long time.As a matter of fact,now that I mention it,I'm gonna go clean mine!

This topic is debatable. FYI, a cold air intake performs better on the L-T1 and L-T4 because the air does not get heated by teh coolant like L-98 does unless you do that coolant bypass mod.....Waste of time. Also, the three filter intake u speak of, is equivelant to a cutlid and K&N filter. Same area space, same filter, same amount of air........or atleast pretty close. Yes it does look nice and thats fine if thats what you like.
