Default Bose system

I was looking in the audio section, Why are people changing out their Bose systems? The one in my 1994 sounds very clear, and very good bass. Can you get replacement speakers for the front and back in the bose, like come in the car? Well So far this is one of the only things I have not had to spend money on. Yet. Ha Ha.

I am not an expert, but I have looked into this problem. Bose systems do not have a stereo effect left to right. Instead, they have a front to back sound. Also, the speakers are replaceable. There is a spot that you can locate on the internet, but I am not sure right off. One problem with the Bose system is that Bose components only work with other Bose components.

The Blose system just sucks in these cars. I ripped it out and inserted Alpine.

Me too! I removed the head unit and replaced it with a Kenwood. Hooked it up to the Bose speakers and it works great. Cheers
