C4. Cooling fan
Welcome to the forum. Assuming that the fan is not working on any of the speeds, you'll need to take a voltmeter and find out where you're losing the 12 volts to the fan. You can start at the fuse block and trace it to the switch and then trace from the switch to the fan and I believe there is a relay for the high-speed fan function. Also you can check the blower motor resistor that's in the airstream for cooling purposes that controls the speeds.

You're welcome. If you don't have a factory service manual, there is at least one aftermarket Corvette supplier that sells just the schematic. I'm sorry that I don't remember which one it is but I'm sure a quick Google search will yield some results.
I have a C4 1990 had problems with my cooling fans one was tied up neither one of them were getting a signal to work as it turns out I replaced one of the fan motors took it to a shop and had them prepare to let the cooling fan run constantly my AC is inactive the other fan that was working does not work right now the one fan is cooling the engine down no problem at this time so check and make sure your cooling fans aren't tied up
