Default change clutch myself

I have a 93 coupe. I plan to attempt to change the clutch myself. I have access to a lift at school where I teach.

I understand the process to be
1. Remove exhaust
2. Remove drive shaft
3. Remove trans
4. Remove clutch
5. Inspect flywheel
6. Reinstall

I've been told if the flywheel looks and feels smooth then just leave it alone (especially since its dual mass).

Any recommendations for clutch. I'm looking for value, but not junk. I am NOT using this car to race afterall.

Any tips for the job? Removing drive shaft and trans????

Thanks.
