i let the battery die in my 94 and now after the battery is charged up , when i turn the key on it says check guages and there is no fuel level. says reserve. there was at least half a tank before this happened. is there a way to reset the guauges? thanks!

 

I know this is a stupid question, but i am simple minded, therefore i think of the simple stuff. Did you try disconnecting the battery again? If not, i was looking through my Haynes manual and it doesnt say anything about it so im not sure.

 

well after fooling with it for a minute, it went off after i put the car in gear and drove a little way down the road. LOL. never saw that before.
