Anyone have any suggestions on how to clean the Tuned Port Injection Intake Plenum (Cover) when it's tarnished and dull ?

I clean mine with a spray bottle of water and soap and then use Mothers Aluminum and wheel polish with a tooth brush. The Mothers does a good job on all the aluminum. alt, air pump, ac pump. it is cheap and Walmart has it.( get the small size it goes a long way)

I use a bottle Simple Green and a toothbrush works great.
