There are a couple hand size areas and smaller spots where the clear coat has separated from the paint surface. Can this be repaired and at what cost? What would be the cost to have the car painted. It's an 84'.

You could have the car spot repaired with color, then clear the whole section. But the best is to paint the whole car, since the spot repair might look better than the whole car. [8D]
