Hi

My 94 corvette ls-1's fan starts up right after starting the engine and runs constantly. Never shuts off. I dont think thats normal, what controls it? What do you guys think I should do?

 

CHECK THE FAN THERMOSTAT IT IS IN THE RADIATOR,CONTROLS THE FAN,

Fan is controlled by ECM, looks at inputs from coolant sensor, a/c to determine when to ground relay to turn fan on. I've seen bad a/c control head cause the fan to stay on because ECM is sampling a/c control and seeing a/c on when it isn't. Could also be a bad relay.
