Default Don't use Autopartsgiants.com

I would advise anyone looking for parts not to use autopartsgiants.com. I ordered a CCM from them in June, suppose to ship in 3-5 days, two and a half weeks later I finally get it. I get it installed and the digital cluster isn't working right and no fire. I called them back and told them the situation, they told me if I did a buy now they would ship out the part the next day and it would be delivered in 1-3 days, another 2 weeks pass and I finally get my second CCM, install it, and everything works like it suppose to. However, I still have not recieved my refund from the 1st CCM. Everytime I try to call I get no straight answer, the people are rude. Just wanted to give everyone a heads up, and avoid the headache I have to deal with.

I had the same problem w/ partstrain. The wrong part was shipped which took 2 weeks. The refund took 5 weeks and thats w/ a credit card dispute. I think some of these crappeddlers are like doing bussiness w/ India, s#$t service w/ no tech support.

Most companys ship promptly and offer good quatity but thats why you have to use M/C or Visa. Over the years I've ordered from everyone and 99% of the time everything was fine. I ordered something from VB&P and the part was fine but it took a call to the credit card company 90 days later to get a core refund. Why do they jerk us around? Only because the law lets them get away with it. Dont forget to vote this year for someone who will give us consumers better rights. PG.
