The first thing I didn't even noticed until today as I was washing the car, but the stock fog lights are not working. They don't come on at all, not even with the headlights on. What would be the first thing to check on those to find the problem?

The other thing is,......my passenger side mirror will move up, down, and inward, but it will not move outward. I tried moving out by hand but it won't budge. It's not like the power mirrors on my '96 Z28. That one gets bumped all the time as I'm washing it, but it moves in and out by hand. Do you think it would be in the switch on my drivers door, or would it be in the mirror itself?

I'd suggest checking the body systems fusebox (at the passengers feet behind a panel).

 

You may have to check that switch for the mirror, sometimes the contacts get worn or dirty, which could be causing your problem. If they are worn you may have to get a new switch.
