Default Electrical problem

Hi, I have an 84 corvette and the problem that I have is something is draining the battery down. I checked the fault code and there are none. I have found that the problem seems to be in the circuit that supplies power to the ECM. I determined this as follows. With a current meter in series with the plus battery lead its drawing about 530 ma. I went thru all the fuses pulling them out one at a time and could not get the current draw to drop or stop. I tried the two no.10 wires that connect to the plus battery lead one at a time and found that when I disconnected the lead that runs to the ECM module the current went down to almost nothing. There are two plugs that plug into this module and I unplugged the one that does not have this power lead coming form the batteries plus terminal and it had no affect the current draw was still their. All that I can figure is that either the ECM ā€œcarrier/moduleā€ or the chip itself is causing the problem. Maybe its both I am not sure what to check or do at this point. Is their anything that you could suggest I try? Is their any way to test the ECM ā€œcarrier/moduleā€ or the chip?
Any help you could give me will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks Tom
