Hey guys, on my 90 coupe the climate control always comes on for me but sometimes it wont let me adjust the temp up or down or turn the defrost on. Then after i shut the car off and start back up it usually works. Does anybody know what might cause this and is there anything i can do to fix it? I thought i might have read somewhere that when it does that i can pull a fuse and replace it and it will start working. I appreciate anybodys input!

 

It's probably the programmer, which is either a vacuum controller or the control assembly in the middle of the dash.
