Default gas,brake to close?

on my 94 i keep having the problem of when i go to depress the brake i find half of my foot still hitting the gas after depressed to a certain point. Not a good feeling at stop lights or pulling into the garage, car keeps going eventhough your foot is on the break! Never have this problem on my 85? at 6 foot 5 inchesits a little cramped. when this does happen your first thought is to push on the brake harder this = harder on the gas! May have to switch to left foot for brake so i dont end up in the living room.

Im almost 6-3 and its kind of a tight squeeze. I have big feet**size 14 right now** and it doesnt happen alot but my right foot always does take up a little of both pedals. Not as bad as your explaining. Maybe you could shave down the rubber part of your brake pedal or get some metal ones with grips on them? Might help? I was wondering if the manual corvettes are roomier inside than the automatics because they have 4 pedals**gas, brake, clutch, dead pedal** while we only have 3**

I've had the same thing happen to me several times .
I have thoughts of trading in for a later model with the trans axle for more room but I'm sure partial to the C 4.
I'm afraid when the new ones get the age of my 95 the repairs will cost more than it's worth.
I like a spare and no run flats.
Twice a friend had to have a tire shipped to him on the road at 500.00 a piece and three days delay.
I would hate to price the new shocks with the electric silicone looking ball's in them.
I like to service and do lite maintenance on mine and the C4 is the easiest access.

You made me laugh! More brake=more gas.
As far as space inside, please I'm going critical! If I still had a afro there would be a grease spot on the T-Top. PG.
