they light up and no flip the first time. 2nd time the work fine not the same speed but the both flip to lock and close perfect on the first time
And both are doin' the same trick exactly the same way every time???
I'm wonderin' if both headlights are showin' the exact same symptoms..........

Alright dude - this is a stab in the dark..... You should be able to do this with the headlight assembly in the car. This adjustment has somethin' to do with whenthe motorstops or starts turnin' the assembly.

Maybe you need to adjust the worm drive adjuster nut.
see post 32 of this thread, the first page, and for a better pic, see post 20, both pics:

I suggest before you do an adjustment of the worm drive, that you mark the exact relation of the adjuster screw and drive,to the housing.

Try this - loosen the lockin' nut, turn the worm drive with a screwdriver one half turn - either way. Lock the lockin' nut back, and test the headlight function.

If nothing is different, turn the worm drive back where it was, THEN, turn it one whole turn further - in the opposite direction you tried the one-half turn on the first try. Re-test. No change/any change? Try going back again one and one-half turns in the original direction. Probably might take :15 - :30 minutes.
