Had the same problem with my 93. When pressing the horn button, I could hear a click. Checked to see if there was voltage to the horns. There was, but no BEEP. Had to replace both the horns. I suggest you check for current at the horns first. Mr Goodwrench tells me burned out horns on C4s are fairly common. Unfortunately, the horns have been discontinued and I had to settle for generic GM replacements. Good Luck.

Hay CB for a quick testunplug the wires leading fromboth horns and put a test light on the wire, the test light wire to good ground. position it so you can see it while you press the horn button if it lights it is probably the horn then work with the other horn. As beauchampgl said you will have to get generic's.
